Disaster can strike at anytime. When it does, it is vital to respond quickly, efficiently and effectively.
In 2008, for example, severe drought left 4.3 million people in parts of Ethiopia hungry. Concern acted immediately, dispatching emergency food to thousands of families in the worst hit areas along with seeds and tools to plant for the next harvest.
Choose a gift from the Emergency Supplies section and help us save lives the next time disaster strikes.
A gift of Emergency Food (£48) provides food for ten families for one week. Or a Water Filter (£7) contains seeds, fertilizer and everything a family needs to grow vegetables to help them through the hunger season.
